While I specialize in working with mothers who are on a mission to rediscover themselves, I also recognize that the craziness of life can affect any of us and can come from a full time job, being a caretaker of any kind, or a slew of other things. My goal is to empower people to get “unstuck”, find balance in life, bring calm to the chaos, and help them find a renewed sense of identity.
