About Me
Hi, I’m Amy.
I’m a Certified Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer who believes wellness doesn’t have to be complicated—or intimidating—to be effective.
After my second child, I went through a season of postpartum depression, deep exhaustion, and feeling disconnected from my body and sense of self. I knew I needed change, but I didn’t know where to start. That experience reshaped how I view health and wellness—not as an all-or-nothing pursuit, but as something that should feel supportive, realistic, and human.
Today, I help people build sustainable routines around movement, nutrition, and self-care in a way that actually fits real life. No extremes, no guilt, no pressure—just simple, practical steps that meet you where you are.
When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, kids, and dog, getting outdoors (hiking and snowboarding are favorites), cooking and baking, reading, writing, or occasionally unwinding in front of the TV.
Who I Help
I support moms and individuals who feel stuck, unsure, or intimidated by the idea of “getting healthy.” Whether you’re juggling motherhood, returning to movement after time away, or simply feeling disconnected from your body and routines, you’re not alone—and you’re not behind.
I work with people who are overwhelmed, low on energy, dealing with stress or weight changes, or just craving clearer direction. Many of my clients don’t need more rules or pressure—they need a realistic starting point and some realistic guidance.
My approach to wellness is simple, whole-person, and practical. No crash diets, extreme workouts, or guilt trips. Just small, sustainable changes that fit into real life. That might look like finding movement you actually enjoy, learning how to eat in a way that supports your body, or building routines that feel supportive instead of exhausting. We take it one step at a time—at a pace that works for you.
If you’re looking for simple guidance, helpful resources, steady support, and a more grounded way to approach movement, nutrition, and self-care, you’re in the right place.

A few quick facts about me:
My favorite time of day: Morning (early, when the day is fresh)
If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life it would be: Tacos (street taco style)
My favorite treat: Chocolate anything (seriously anything-if it has chocolate I’ll try it at least once!)
My favorite type of workout: Any bootcamp or hiit-style workout that includes strength training (I prefer time-efficient, full-body workouts to get the most bang for my buck!)
My favorite time of year: I love them all, but winter and spring are my favorite where I live (I love snowboarding, so bring on the snow in the wintertime-and I love fresh plant growth in the spring)
