A health & nutrition coach helps you feel better by building realistic habits that actually fit your life.
Instead of following a one-size-fits-all plan, you’ll work together to create a more balanced approach to things like food, movement, stress, sleep, and mindset. The focus isn’t perfection — it’s consistency, feeling better, and making changes that stick.
You’ll get guidance, support, and simple tools to help you move toward your goals in a way that feels doable and sustainable.

It’s not about strict rules, quick fixes, or completely overhauling your life overnight.
It’s not a meal plan you’re expected to follow perfectly.
It’s not a workout routine you have to stick to no matter what.
It’s not about digging deep into your past or processing everything all at once.
Instead, it’s a flexible, supportive approach that helps you focus on what you can do right now — building habits, routines, and momentum that move you forward in a way that fits your real life, and doing it all in small, “bite-size” pieces so that it doesn’t feel so overwhelming.
I help people who feel stuck — low on energy, frustrated with their habits, overwhelmed by how to be healthier, confused on how to be healthier — find their way back to feeling better in their bodies and their day-to-day lives.
This isn’t about starting over or doing everything perfectly. It’s about taking what’s already there and building from it — in a way that actually works for you.
When we work together, we focus on simple, realistic changes around food, movement + fitness, and daily routines. You’ll have support, structure, and space to figure out what works best for your body, your schedule, and your life.
Over time, the goal isn’t just physical change — it’s feeling more energized, more consistent, and more confident in how you take care of yourself.

12 Weeks | $1,200
For deeper habit change, more support, and time to work through real-life challenges while building sustainable routines.
Best for deeper habit change and longer-term support.
Includes:
12 one-on-one coaching calls

More time for troubleshooting, adjusting, and building long-term consistency

Best for guidance without committing to a full program
Single Coaching Session | $100
A one-time session to talk through your current routine, challenges, goals, and next steps.
4-Session Coaching Pack | $360
Short-term support with a bit more consistency and accountability.
6-Session Coaching Pack | $510
Ongoing support with flexibility — ideal if you want some consistency without a structured program.

Can I upgrade my coaching package?
Yes! If you decide to transition into a coaching program after starting with a flexible session package, your previous investment will be applied toward the program. Any sessions already used will count toward your total sessions.
Do packages expire?
Yes, to help you stay consistent and get the most out of your time, session packages are designed to be used within a set timeframe.
Session packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.
Coaching programs (8-week and 12-week) follow a structured weekly schedule, but some flexibility is built in for real life. If something comes up, we’ll adjust as needed — the goal is consistency, not perfection.
What types of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made via Zelle (preferred), Venmo, or PayPal.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for coaching programs
Option 1: Pay in full
Option 2 Payment plan:
8-week Reset: 2 payments of $400
12-week Rebuild: 3 payments of $400
*All Flexible Support options must be pain in full
