Employer Benefits:

Many employees want to move more, but after a full workday, exercise often competes with family time, personal responsibilities, hobbies, and much-needed rest. Workday Wellness Classes make movement easier to access by bringing short, effective workouts directly to the workplace. The goal is to help employees care for their health in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and easier to maintain.

Class styles may include:

  1. We agree upon a class time that works for your team.

  2. I bring any needed equipment.

  3. Employees show up for a short, approachable workout.

  4. Classes can be offered as a pilot program, weekly option, or recurring wellness package.

How it works:

Employees typically need:

  • Comfortable clothing they can move in

  • Supportive shoes, depending on the class format

  • A water bottle

  • A little bit of space to move

  • No prior fitness experience required

Classes can be designed to be lower-sweat and workday-friendly, or more workout-focused depending on your team’s wants and needs.

What employees will need:

Classes are designed to be low-equipment and flexible. A conference room, large + open(ish) break room, training room, studio, outdoor area (weather dependent), or open shared space may work well depending on class size and format. Any needed small equipment is provided.

Space + Equipment:

Why bring movement into the workday?

Workday Wellness Classes are designed to make fitness feel more realistic for busy employees. Each class is short, effective, and approachable, helping employees move their bodies without needing to commute to a gym or give up as much of their personal time after work.
